Facilities

Warehouse, blending, film and bag cutting in Ibadan.

The operation sits on the Oluyole industrial corridor. Virgin resin is stored under cover, issued by lot, and moved by mixer or pallet. Blown-film and bag-cutting equipment on the same site show how film-grade PE runs from tower to finished bag.

Covered storage

25 kg mill bags stacked by grade and origin. HDPE, LLDPE, PP and companion resins are kept dry and traceable until they leave on a delivery note.

Blending mixer

A high-speed mixer issues pellets into bags or drums when a customer needs a mixed lot, a broken bag, or a small trial quantity instead of a full pallet.

Film check

Blown-film lines run tubular film on site. That gives us a practical view of draw-down, gels and winding before we recommend a film PE.

Bag cutting

Cutting and sealing machines convert PE film into finished bags. Operators run the lines beside mill stock so resin and converting stay on one floor.

Yard access

The compound takes container discharge and outbound trucks. Collect from the gate in Ibadan or arrange delivery into the Southwest and beyond.

On the floor

Photographs and video from the warehouse, mixer, film hall and bag-cutting lines.
